Roland D. Keistler, Jr. is an executive with over 31 years experience in the technical aspects of healthcare including diagnostics, software, electronic monitoring products, and medical devices. His business experiences include twenty-one years with Miles Laboratories, Inc. (now Bayer AG) in various sales and sales management positions, progressing to senior level positions with ENVOY (now Web-MD), Med-Stat, Healthcare Resource Management, and PhyCom. His experience includes strategic planning, sales and marketing management, business development and acquisitions. Most recently Roland was founder and principal of Eclipse Group, a management consulting group serving the healthcare technology industry. Roland received his degree from the University of North Carolina and is a regular speaker to undergraduate and graduate business students in the middle Tennessee area.

Bill Cave is a senior-operations manager whose strength lies in problem solving, strategic planning, and with his proven leadership skills, provides an organized and resourceful approach to day to day management. Bill has worked every aspect of operations management from engineering services to plant manager, and enjoys roles requiring many hats. Bill’s experience also includes P&L responsibility in the medical technology field, supplying product for pacemakers and related products.
A few representative accomplishments include:
• Consistently met planned sales goals for L-3 Microcom Division as Director
of Manufacturing.
• Revised manufacturing methods from product orientation to process orientation,
resulting in more efficient material flow.
• Installed manufacturing teams to more efficiently manage schedules, processes
and quality in manufacturing.
• Led transition to ANSI/ASQC Q9001 Quality Management Systems in three
different companies, with a fourth in process.
• As Plant Manager, reorganized two major programs (valued at $24 M and $6M
respectively) resulting in numerous follow on contracts for these products.
• Proposed, staffed and managed a custom integrated circuit fabrication facility, for
two different companies providing custom circuits to aerospace and medical
industries.
Benjamin A. Schnitz – Engineering Manager

Ben Schnitz is a design engineer with strengths in circuit design, sensors, instrumentation, and radiofrequency communication. He has developed devices for measuring electrical and mechanical function in beating hearts, as well as devices for Functional Electrical and Neuromuscular Stimulation. His professional projects include development of biological and physiological sensing tools for both research and clinical use, and development of wireless systems for tracking and remote location. Ben is a member of IEEE (Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineers) and the Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES). He earned an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in Biomedical Engineering and a Master’s degree from the University of Memphis.
